Makes tea tastes so much better!
I put a few drops of this in my drinks and now I don't like them without it. Tastes really good and keeps my minerals / hydration high.

Amazing even without RO / distilled water
I bought this for my new countertop water distiller, but the minerals came in before the distiller did.So I take my tap water, I run it through a Brita Elite filter, and then I keep drinking and drinking and drinking. I drink endless water but I'm still thirsty. I put this in my filtered water (ten drops in a large cup), and the water was actually satiating? I wasn't thirsty any more.Apparently my regular old tap water is mineral deficient (even before distilling). One youtube review of distilled water described remineralized water as "creamy", and that word feels right to me now. I don't really have another word for the mineral-y taste (except perhaps "umami").Also this makes me perk up? I've been on a journey to try to figure out why I'm fat even though my diet is perfect (whole food plant based), so maybe this mineral supplement will help me have the energy to do the metabolism to burn my belly fat.I was... not expecting so large a benefit from such a simple supplement. I was just trying to do my due diligence around a countertop water distiller purchase, and I was expecting the distilling to be more of a benefit than the minerals. It turns out that being a health nerd means trying things on a whim and seeing if it helps or not. This time it helped a LOT.PS- The new cap is GREAT. Dosing a specific numbers of drops is effortless with the new cap design.

I'll keep using
I've been using this product for several years now on the recommendation of the Root Cause Protocol. Decided I liked it and just kept at it. I've ditched the Root Cause thing but still using the minerals they recommend. They don't have much taste and I do feel better when taking them. I definitely am not a fan of their drip type lid. Sometimes nothing will come out, and you can't pour from the bottle without wasting and dripping some of it. So I've decided to put half the bottle in a different glass bottle with a squeeze dropper included. That way I know how much I'm taking. I've never really known how much I get each time. When I don't use it I end up getting leg cramps. I use it in filtered water, with Magnesium added and sea salt added too. Adrenals really need lots of salt, but just not table salt. Or Lays potato chips salt ! One star off for the rotten pouring system.

Converted Skeptic
I have a reverse osmosis tap in my kitchen, and despite drinking almost a gallon of RO water and the odd electrolyte tab every day, I was feeling dehydrated. So I started looking at trace minerals and reading the reviews and was like nah there’s no way this will alter how I feel, this is snake oil, and these people are crazy…Oh. My. God. I was so wrong. I started putting the daily dose of 40 drops in my approximately one-gallon water jug, and it was just as dramatic as people made it out in the reviews. This water had been devoid of nutrients, but with this product, my thirst was quenched, I felt hydrated, and my mental focus improved. I’m still kind of shocked at how my mood and focus changed like night into day a few hours into my daily jug. There’s really no flavor. The texture of the water, I guess you’d call it, becomes softer. More palatable. Easier to swallow. But you don’t really taste it at the recommended concentrations.I also found myself using the bathroom LESS compared to when I was drinking pure RO water. This is a must-have to add minerals back to highly filtered water. Your body will thank you.

Really helps hydration
I have ordered this in March (almost 6 months ago) and used it pretty loosely until last month when my on campus classes started back. I was sweating so much from walking around in 95 degree heat that I was constantly dehydrated. And then I started using these drops every day. It has made a very noticeable difference. I feel so much better. I put about 10-15 drops in my 40 oz bottle and I’m pretty much set for the day. The difference in taste is so small I can barely taste it.I can’t say with certainty that it’s because of if only due to these mineral drops, but I have also noticed an increase in my energy. Which is great for me since I’m chronically fatigued. Getting the minerals your body needs to function properly can never hurt.Bonus— I have barely made a dent in the bottle, so it’s going to last me a while.TLDR; get it! And use consistently to get the most out of it, but just using when dehydrated will also help.

Amazing
These drops are the hydration key I didn’t know I was missing. I drink a lotttt of water and didn’t realize until I started doing some research that most of it was going straight through me and not being absorbed for hydration. Adding these drops to my water daily has made such a huge difference. My skin is brighter, clearer, and even softer. Believe it or not, my eyes are clearer too. I also noticed myself using the restroom less while still drinking the same amount of water. This means that the water is being absorbed into my cells, and not just coming right out. I put 3 to 5 drops in my 28 ounce cup each time I fill it up. I do kind of mix it before I drink by swirling it around, if you let all the drops sink to the bottom, it can make the last few sips a little bitter. But you don’t even taste them at all if you mix them.
