Apollo Outdoor TV Enclosure for Slim 50" to 55" TVs - (Apollo Weatherproof Mount Sold Separately)

It's been up for two years and is working good. Honestly, I was most afraid of bugs getting inside the unit, especially spiders and making an absolute mess. So far, no such experiences. The TV has sat out in freezing weather for multiple days on end as well as snow and ice with no problems. Would I buy another one, if I needed it? Yes. I would.

I’m extremely pleased with this enclosure and Apollo’s customer service. It has been mounted under a covered patio using the Apollo outdoor ceiling mount, so I can’t speak to its abilities handle full exposure. It is extremely well built and sturdy though. Installation was easy with an extra pair of hands and there was plenty of room for a Hisense H9G, an HDMI extender, and plenty of wires.I had some issues with the initial shipment due to FedEx’s ineptitude, but Apollo rectified the issue quickly and were awesome to work with. If I were to order again, I’d probably go through their website. They ship with a freight carrier and not Fedex.

Great for hanging and protecting TV above outdoor grill and cooking area! Great customer service! This looks sleek with glass- and much better looking than the plastic enclosures.

After deciding not to purchase an expensive outdoor specific television, we opted for this enclosure. We’re glad we did. The unit is well made, fairly easy to install and has done an excellent job of protecting the tv.Note that we live in a very stable weather environment here in San Diego. I therefore can’t speak to how well the enclosure holds up in very cold or hot weather. That said, if you’re in the market for an outdoor television enclosure this is definitely worth considering.

I don't ever leave reviews, but I thought I would for this enclosure. It's very sturdily built, and it keeps my TV protected from even fierce summer thunderstorms. There was even room behind my TV to put in a mini amp, so I could run the sound to external outdoor speakers. I've gotten a lot of compliments from people walking by on the bike path behind my house. Football Saturdays and Sundays are all outside now!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Inside vents do not work, does not hold out water or bugs, terrible manufacturing. This ruined a TV and a cable box because so much water got in. The owner said essentially to bad it is not my problem.
