If it's an X Full, X carry or Pro, yes. I assume you're asking about a P320 since there isn't a 360.

Will this work on the sig max txg grip module?

It will! Just be sure to order the correct module size. The module size can be identified with a small S, M or L on the backstrap just above the magwell. Most pistols will ship from the factory with the Medium module already installed, but doublecheck prior to ordering grips.

What is the Difference between rubber and granulate grip

Personally I prefer granulated grips for the anti slip factor when your shooting 500-1000 rounds in the warm weather your hands sweat and the rubber has a tendency to slip with the granulated grips you have a perfect grip everytime!!
