PATHETIC PRODUCT. ALSO SELLER DOESN'T RESPOND
Bought it as a surprise gift for my dad so i had less knowledge about it. however i did see the mixed reviews of this product here and also checked a few more on youtube reviews as well. Here is my experience.This product doesn't deserve to be in the ₹8000 category. The wood is of inferior quality, finishing is bad, bass is bad. The keys are uplifted and you can't press them when the coupler is off as you can see in the photo. When the coupler is on and if you press the key a bit harder then it stays down only.Sound is also not up to the mark. We did not know at first what to do with it so we called a musical instructor to our house. She came and straightaway told that it is not even worth ₹5000. She also said that this product will require FREQUENT TUNING and the cost of tuning it everytime will make you feel that this product was a waste of money.To sum up :CONS: Bad Wood, Bad Keys, Bad Bass, Bad TuningPROS: Only the polish given to this product looks good and that is DECEIVING.ALSO ONE MORE THINGThe seller continuosly boasts on Amazon saying call/WhatsApp him for any doubts and queries. He talks nicely only before you purchase this order. Once the product gets delivered to you HE DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN. I've been trying to contact him since the last two days. Just before writing this review i had called him he cancelled the call and switched off his phone. He doesn't even reply to WhatsApp conversations anymore. He gave me one excuse that he is in a family function will talk soon and since has not responded. BEWARE.I've submitted a replacement request now because this is the only thing that i can do now.It is from my personal experience I'm telling you if at all you want to buy a musical instrument buy it from a shop and check it out yourself. Don't fall for such scams. Really Disappointing experience. Amazon should provide a 'RETURN' option for these products.

I am 7 yrs old and I feel the instrument is very good, the notes/sounds are perfect. My teacher also liked it. It looks beautiful.
