MolluDab 5% Hydroxide Topical Applicator Treatment 2ml Molluscum Contagiosum

This is honestly one of the best products I've ever bought. My daughter picked up molluscum from somewhere. They were everywhere on her body and seemed to be spreading. It was just hideous. I took her to the doctors who confirmed it was molluscum (after we first thought it was warts and treated her unsuccessfully for them) but the doctor said they don't prescribe for molluscum and said it would go on its own. I was at my wits end. I came onto Amazon and spotted this treatment. I had zero hope that it would work. I dabbed a little bit on each spot, each night. Within 2 weeks they had dried up and would fall off, never to be seen again. After 3 to 4 weeks she was entirely free of the awful molluscum spots. This product is simply AMAZING! I would recommend to anyone. It is expensive but is honestly worth every penny to see a smile back on my daughter's face.

Does what it says but does work as fast as it suggests.

Our child complained at discomfort when we applied this. Seems like there are lots of positive reviews but we weren't able to use it.Quite expensive for a small amount.

Thank you, thank you, thank YOU! After a year and a half of rapidly spreading MC on my child, we felt hopeless that it would never go away. By this point, the spots were becoming inflamed, itchy - causing multiple skin infections which had to be treated by antibiotics with our GP. We made one final call to the GP and luckily for us, a dermatologist happened to be in the clinic that day. The GP consulted this skin specialist who advised that, although it was not available on the NHS, Molludab was worth a try. Within one week, the treatment started to work as we noticed the spots burst and begin to disappear. Sometimes, the treatment stung if the ointment got on the skin surrounding the spot, but it was just that - a slight momentary sting and not as painful as some have made out here. After a month and a half of applying Molludab twice (once over all spots in the morning and the same before bed), we stopped the treatment to let the popped spots heal. It is now three months from this time and today, we 'mark' the moment when finally all spots have completely gone. Thank you once again as you have saved my child from continuing discomfort and pain. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My daughter started with Molluscum on her tummy and thigh around a month ago and it felt like the spots were spreading fast. I had spoken to friends whose children had the spots in the past and waited for them to heal up and go naturally which took 2 years in some cases. I was not willing to wait them out as my daughter was very self conscious about them.I did lots of research on different products and this was the one which kept coming up so I thought it was worth a try despite the price tag.We are now two weeks into using the Molludab and most of the spots have scabbed over and are disappearing, hooray! There are a few tiny new ones which I will keep treating until I cant see them anymore. It does sting a little (my daughter is 6) and tells me some of them sting which I blow on to help, but this passes quickly.Fingers crossed we should see the back of all the spots soon.

So I was a little sceptical as to whether this would work or not.I was also worried that our 2-year old grand daughter would be very resistant to us applying this, especially as it can cause discomfort.However, I didn't need any of the scepticism or worry as I can confirm after several weeks the spots have gone!She did squirm a little with some that were painful when this product was applied, but as a whole, she was magnificent. We explained this was to get rid of those awful spots (and by the time we discovered this product so had around 30 of them on her back, stomach, arms and legs).We applied as directed and they start to go. If you stop at any point, they generally will come back, so be persistent.So a great product that does work!As for the cost....well....what can I say.It's a crazy crazy price for such a small amount.We bought 3 bottles as we didn't know how much we would need.We just got into the third bottle when they finally went, so it's not cheap, but to be honest, it does work, so I'd do it again.

Parents, this is a stressful enough condition to deal with without some product that doesnt work/makes it worse. Don't waste your money. Its really difficult to apply, the little spatula is rubbish and its really painful, both of my little girls cried. I was a bit doubtful of purchasing Molludab for my son Molluscus Contagiosus skin problem, as I found it so expensive for the little amount it came in the bottle. Lukely I bought it because the results were fantastic!!Before using Molludab, he had spots all over his body and they were expanding in a fast pace (since September to end December). As soon he started the treatment in January, in a week most of the spots were drying and only a few more appeared in the following weeks. Those were treated with Molludab and since one month of using this product we just saw one spot more appearing in his foot which is already under control. Hopefully this torment which started 6 months ago it is under control after a month and a half of the use of this product.Would for sure recommend to a desperate mom as I was! Just as a recommendation. Keep applying a lot of moisturisation to the skin as this will also help avoid the virus from spreading to other parts, and also I used Vaseline in the already ‘burned’ and dried spots, so my kids skin regenerated quickly and avoided leaving marks. Also, if in a visible area wear some sun protection over the dried spots to avoid leaving marks.
