Where can i get a new air release valve?

I would suggest a speciality tool store, like Granger, North 40, maybe Harbor Freight or Lowes....dont know your area.

Can this tool set semi tired?

I think the 10 gallon volume would be sufficient, but I am not sure about the single exhaust point working well on bigger tires.
