Hi, 'keep warm' is nice but i'll be using this for home brewing, can it maintain a rolling boil for 90mins without cutting out? cheers derek b.

It doesnt cut off however is is no tempeture gage so stays the same all the time hope this helps

No! Unless you are happy carrying vast amounts of hot water back and forth. It is a brilliant urn, but best used for this purpose only.

Does this have a heating element inside where you put the water
