Q: I was interested in getting this to add homemade whippd cream to my pies. Any idea approximately how many cartridges it would take to do one pie?

One cartridge will whip one pint of cream,and I believe it will do more than one pie ,but I must admit I have never covered a whole pie. I presume it would depend on how deep you made the whipped cream.

Q: Looking to buy this to make home version of nitro coffee. has anyone had any experience with this dispenser and using it for nitro coffee?

Q: How long will it stay charged in the refrigerator after charging with one canister?

Hi Brian! It will stay charged for 7-10 days. That said, we recommend using it up to one week after charging in order to get the best results. And please shake it a few more times every time you want to spray out whipped cream after the dispenser has been in the refrigerator. Hope that helps :-)
