I purchased this because I am the worlds worse morning person, but I didn't want to spend the money on the "hatch". I will give the pros and cons of this.ProsThe clock is dimmable, which is great for those that are bothered by bright lights while sleeping.The alarm sounds/volume can be changed with a good range of options.The night lights are also nice for when you need a small amount of light or just a quick use of light.ConsThe sun rise....happen in literally 3 seconds. I tried to set the duration to longer periods and still goes from barely dim to super bright in no time. I really wanted a very slow transition, and this is not it.It is hard to figure out all of the buttons on the back. You have to click through the alarm time setting multiple times to change 1 thing.The buttons do not have the best placement.I only used this for a few times and have since stopped using it because the instant brightness made me turn it off, just like a regular alarm and it didn't help me slowly awaken.

I purchased this for my 10 year old daughter.What I love: there's a volume button for the alarm clock. For a heavy sleeper like my daughter it's pretty phenomenal how loud it can get! It's easy to use as a low level light if you need to turn it on in the middle of the night. She loves all the colors and the bedtime sounds.Cons: I wouldn't use this for my younger kids because all the options for the multiple buttons would be a little complicated.

This is one of the best purchases we made when preparing for our baby. It has so many different sounds and the sound quality is good even at high volumes. The light is dimmable and we kept it on red while we slept during the first few months so we could see him and it wouldn't wake him up. The clock light is dimmable too, which is nice because it can be pretty bright overnight. Once we move the baby into his own room I don't know how we're going to sleep without it!

I purchased this at the recommendation of my OT who advised a sunlight alarm clock could be beneficial. I’ve been using time for a couple months and appreciate its ease of use.

I loved this clock and all the sound choices. Unfortunately after a couple months the screen went out and now the alarm goes off at 4am everyday! No way for us to know to shut off or have the alarm. Sounds and lights still work though…
