Q: Is it decafinated using chemicals?

I drink Caribou in the regular package (not in the K-cups), but I know that is decaffeinated using water rather than chemicals. That is why I drink it. I has a very smooth taste. Not bitter at all, and some at work have commented while I brew it that it has a slight chocolate scent. I love it!

Q: So, the photo says "72" pods but the corresponding option button says "12." Which is it? All the other buttons match up.

Why is there false advertising? It shows a box of 96 pods but the selection for that price is only 72....!!!

Q: Did the flavor change? It is not as smooth as it used to be

The flavor is more strong and taste bitter .
