How many phone numbers can you program at the same time?

Just one. You can change that to a new number as many times as you like but only one phone number in its memory at a time.

Does this phone have an intercom?

no. There is no intercom. This is a toy phone. You can record a message and then program a phone number to go along with that message so every time the child dials the number correctly, the phone rings and then they will hear your message. 911 has a prerecorded message.
