The wheats will typically reach between 4-6 feet in height when mature. It's hard to be exact beyond that due to a number of factors: time of planting, plant spacing, soil fertility, and watering. If you space farther, plant in the ideal time of the year, water consistently, you'll be on the higher end of the height range. If you neglect any of those factors, you could have shorter or even stunted plants. Sorry we can't be more precise! Hope this helps.

Q: Would these seeds be okay as sprout for cats?

Q: Are they hull-less? When I harvest do I have to thresh the seeds?

They're not hull-less oats. You will need to thresh post harvest if you intend on consuming them.

Q: Can you replant these after you grow them? How would I be able to seed it and save the seeds?

The grain and the seed are one and the same, so if you can get the plants to maturity (when you would harvest for using the grains), then you have viable seed that can be replanted. All of the varieties are open pollinated, and will save true from seed.
