I have been taking magnesium citrate for many years but decided to switch to magnesium threonate to see if it helps with sleep. I am happy to say it appears to help! This brand is easy to take and has not caused me any GI issues. I would love to see it available in larger quantities.

I've been using this for about a month now can I can see a noticeable difference in my attentiveness. I used to really struggle falling asleep and staying a sleep and then I would wake up with a few hours of brain fog in the AM. Now i'm falling asleep almost instantly, staying a sleep, and waking up with a clear mind all day! I highly recommend for anyone who regularly uses a sleep supplement or wants to improve their mental performance throughout the day.

This has a calming effect without making me feel sedated. It’s part of my nighttime routine now, and I’ve had fewer restless nights since I started using it.

This is a great product. I tried a different L Threonate but didn’t do the job like this one. I have been a light sleeper all my life. Peri menopause stage of my life doesn’t help with sleep. This supplement is a game changer. Works great. I take this at 10 pm before going to bed. I am fast asleep and stay asleep. Even if I wake up in the middle, I go right back to sleep. Not sure why many don’t review this product. This has valerian root, apigenin and phosphatidylserine. These are a must have supplements for sleep as per a podcast I listened. I finally found a great supplement for a fraction of the cost with all natural ingredients. Many people should buy if they suffer with getting enough sleep.

I just changed to this supplement from another magnesium bc of the reviews on Amazon, and I slept 10 hours the past 2 nights after not sleeping for weeks 😃 It’s amazing!!!

It seems to help with sleep as I no longer wake up in the middle of the night. My concern is, who actually makes this product? A Google web and map search of the 'Plus+Ultra' show nothing. The mapped address 12828 Willow Centre Dr Ste #273 shows office condos, not a manufacturing facility. I like facts, not vagueness.
