Great value for the price. Does great at replacing that second cup of coffee without the afternoon let down or gives that afternoon bump without keeping you up at night. I got this for my husband and he said he feels a slight change in his energy level and that it takes effect about 30-45 minutes after taking it. Helps to focus better and so far he hasn't had any side effects from it. They are medium sized capsules and have no taste if you take it with drink. I gave 4 stars because he said it's not as effective as he thought it would be and his energy hasn't changed much. If it changes, I'll change my review.

Works pretty okay I guess don't give you tons of energy kinda a natural amount..

This supplement is great for a slow burn boost of energy, helped me stay alert without the crash you usually get from something like an energy drink. Great in the morning when sorting out the kids of the day or when working a long shift. Highly recommend this to those who need that boost but not the crash.

I have taken supplements before to boost energy, but this was something completely different. It made me feel very strange, not only in my body, but in my mind as well. I felt very ‘off’ and struggled to calm my thoughts. The energy was not worth the weird out of body experience. It was also unfortunate that after the fact, i could not return this product

I have terrible brain fog and I don't notice any difference whatsoever with this product after a month of use. It gets two stars because of good packaging, price and fast ship. It just didn't do what I had hoped.

These are wonderful! I'm a Monster addict, but they give me anxiety. These are great! All the energy, none of the anxiety and none of the calories either! No huge crash afterwards. Very handy as a single Mom with 2 kids and very affordable too. Great buy!
