No it has no pole or space for a pole

Do you supply a heavy weight version for use outdoors in windy locations?

Too heavy a cloth on the flagpole means in high winds you’ll need to take it down. Not only that they are expensive to replace. I replace these lightweight ones every 2 months for a few pounds each!

Which one is best for dinghy in the garden which is now a feature

We use our for camping when my wife puts up her flag (Schleswig Holstein) and I have the Saltire. We use a 6m telescopic pole. They are equally large flags, but have been very impressive. I am not sure how big they would be over a small dinghy. Will it be a planter?

Hi. Really sorry if you've this before but the blue is the wrong shade. Should be darker?

The official colour of the Scottish Saltire is the azure Pantone 300 as decided by the Scottish Parliament. This is not the same as the darker blue in the union flag.
