0 stars- This is Not like the wax from years ago. It doesn’t get hot in the microwave. After 6 times at 60 second intervals, it barely melted. I tried applying a bit.After it cooled down (not that it ever got really hot), I pulled the wax off. Not great results. This is a weak product. What happened over the years? THE WORST PART IS THE AFTER-CRÈME TO APPLY TO YOUR FACE SMELLS LIKE MOLD!! Yes, M O L D >:-[

I've used this wax for decades. This is the only brand I've tried, and it's terrific. I don't like the wax strips, and this microwaveable option is very good. Use discretion as to how long to heat it and when to put it on. Obviously, hot wax that's too hot can burn you, so wait until it begins to thicken up ever so slightly.

I have always used this. I can’t use the sugar wax! This has always been my go to facial hair remover. Very satisfied with how fast I received this in the mail and was packaged securely.

This works for me. It doesn’t irritate my skin. The day I use this I withhold other treatments like retinol A. Give the skin a rest

Poor melting and sticking. I have used this type of product before by sally hanson but never had the wax be so hard to use. It wouldn’t melt and finally when it was melted it didn’t stick to where I put it.
