That it lasts for a long time when you use it nearly every day
Iv used and been through a lot of steamers in the past but this one beats all of them so far . Had it for ages and we have a lot of hard water in our area . Cleans well and is very sturdy. Iv had no issues with the steaming of food and I use it all the time .

Works a treat, boils it's heart out and cooks completely
Bought from Amazon Warehouse and decided to try a new brand as I got a shock off of the Russell Hobbs and the Salter stopped f;unctioning properly before six months were up.So far, so good. It steams beautifully, came well boxed and sealed. We'll see how long this lasts.Negatives: tiered shelves for the top. I hate this as I don't use them the way they say to use them. Also, waiting to see how long the bottoms stay connected to the sides which is always the defect with these. We'll see.

Great steamer.
More than happy so far. Forgot how great a steamer is for vegetables. This one is smaller than my previous one but ok for two possibly three people. There is a specific way it goes together but once you do it’s a great steamer. The flex as per all modern electrics is a bit short. Overall so far it has done a great job.

East to use
Easy to use and steams vegetables etc to desired taste. Very easy to store have no problem recommending

I spent a lot of time looking for a compact steamer with baskets which fitted inside each other. Few of these available. I bought another brand one but it was not safe to use, no baskets fitted on top of each other safely so I gave it away. This one is better but still needs improving. If it were knocked at all during use the baskets would not stay in place and could easily scald and cause harm. I will use it as it was the best one I could find, cost was not an issue but more expensive ones were no better. I would suggest whoever buys this product realises it needs to be handled and used carefully and is not robust re washing up etc.

I got this because of size and usability, it came with peice broken, contacted company, they replaced within a few days, very impressed.

All steam ahead
Brought this a couple of weeks ago and it's the best thing I did, the flavour of the food tastes amazing, has for cleaning it's so much easier than my last one, the timer when finished has a loud ting which is perfect for the hard of earring..
