It is easy to put on, straps are hard to adjust once you’re wearing it. Rolls up once you start wearing it though.

Q: Can anyone tell me the gauss rating per magnet, the material of each magnet and what direction the negative side of the magnets face?

it was uncomfortable. I did not like it and I don't use it anymore.
