Close coupled BTW toilet.
Arrived when stated. Looks good and works as expected on the lower flush, less so on the second. I would say that the noise reduction is not noticeable, in fact it's louder than my bathroom toilet.

Comfort height toilet
What a great buy it looks great, fantastic in use. The extra seat height makes a great deal of difference to ease my back and hip problems. Incredibly quiet when cistern fills. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Quality toilet at a good price
Like all back-to-wall toilets it's a bit tricky to install if you are replacing a toilet, as all the pipe connections are concealed and your existing water inlet might not be in the right place. You will have to use a flexi-tube to connect the water supply, position the isolating valve somewhere convenient and make sure all seals are good before you push it into place. The unit is very solid and well-finished with a strong, slow-close seat and powerful flush. It looks very classy and would finish off a high-end bathroom upgrade nicely. Sorrento Bathrooms were very helpful.

Absolutely love this toilet. It is low noise but good flush. Looks really good. I read reviews that some people had issues fitting it,but we did not. Was straight forward. Really worth it.

Problems after 3 weeks.
Very neat, nice looking toilet because it’s flat to the wall, however, it’s only been plumbed in 3 weeks and the push button flush has been sticking but today it’s stopped flushing, just water constantly trickling into the pan and cistern not filling. The seat is also troublesome, not closing properly and staying about an inch above the toilet until sat on. Since it’s been plumbed in we’ve had to keep finger on button to flush rather than press and release, not sure if this is normal?? Hopefully the 15 year guarantee will sort it!Has anybody else had these issues??
