This is a very good iron supplement.The sachets are a berry flavored fine powder...delicious and so easy to take!However, I'm one of the lucky few that can take almost any kind of iron supplement with no sort of stomach or digestive problems, so I can't really comment if they would be okay for everyone... They were great for me.These cost a little more, but they are so worth it.

Purchased due to an iron deficiency and needed a daily supplement to regulate my iron levels. Easy to take with water or juice leave little to no after taste and is not grainy at all.

This is a great, though slightly pricey product with lyposomal iron delivery. I take a tablet every other day (studies show that the increase in hepcidin cause the body to reduce iron absorbtion for about 24 hours, so no reason to "waste" money). Also it doesn't cause me any gastrointestinal issues (like constipation), your milage may vary.

wanted to try these as can get many vitamins in a drink so easier to take plus you can just eat the powder, mix with water or sprinkle over food. The flavor is ok, not horrible and I feel mixed with a little water is much easier. It is great way to get your vitamins.

I’ve been struggling to find an iron supplement that doesn’t make my stomach super sick and give me terrible side effects. This one has been awesome and I’m so thankful. I been on it about a month now. No taste, super easy to pop out of the blister pack and I will buy again…… previously I had even tried the iron chews and those even made me sick. Hope this works for you
