not much to say it does what it is supposed to do nicely and its built to last.a very importnat bit of kit to thicken up yogurt and the plastic is the good kind, hard and tough.recomended.

I never strained yoghurt and I have to say I was impressed with the results. It makes every yoghurt much, much thicker.It almost resembles a soft cheese. It removed the sweetness of the yoghurt, leaving the acidity, and moving the needle even closer to a soft cheese.The capacity of 1100ml is not real. I had a 1kg tube of yoghurt and I had to do 2 rounds to strain the entirety of it, so I'd say this tool can be used for 500g of yoghurt, no more.
