I was gonna that age where I really needed to take a calcium supplement, but I really disliked the chewy chalky chocolate kind you know what I’m talking about. I was really excited to see them in this orange gummy.. The taste is great and the texture is almost like fruit leather.

I am really glad I found these. Good value, and NOT coated in sugar like most gummies. Since I have to take a high dose of calcium, I also like only having to take 3 instead of 8 or more.

Overall, this is a solid calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D supplement. I like that it combines all three in one dose, which makes it super convenient for daily use. I’ve definitely noticed benefits in bone and joint support, and it feels gentle on the stomach too.My only complaint—and the reason for four stars instead of five—is that the magnesium just doesn’t seem as effective at helping me relax compared to a few other brands I’ve tried. If you’re mainly taking this for general wellness, it’s great. But if you rely on magnesium specifically for sleep or relaxation, you might need a little extra support.

Yummy. I’m not sure of its vitamin content because who can actually see magnesium, but I feel better thinking I’m supplementing my diet.

These are way better than taking giant pills. Taste good and have everything I need!
