Pros:These earbuds are really good as far as music and also making calls as they have really good micsHOWEVER...Cons:The connection is a PAINSometimes it just doesn't want to connectSometimes all of a sudden it switches the calls feature or music off from the Bluetooth on its ownI wish it had a wing to securely fit inside my ear as it keeps sliding outside my earUpdate:2nd of Jun 2024The seller offered a full refund and to keep the headset so no complaints there and I also bought another headset from them for the good after sale serivce

Sound quality is good but can’t trust on MIC over voip or local calls.After updating my phone software above issue resolved successfully and that’s the reason I am updating my reviews.And now really enjoying my calls either on VoIP or any local calling

Great sound, great packaging, really good battery life. But many connection issues which started on the second use, occasionally stutters with both earbuds connected, but will sometimes just refuse to play clearly when in single earbud mode. This is my third purchase, faced bad connection on all 3 earbuds

Sound is great but the right earbd keeps on disconnecting after a dew minutes. I have to place it back to the case and then reconnect. It's really a4nnoying
