I love the flavor, tastes like apple jolly ranchers! Most ketones have a clashing saltiness, but this flavor does not. I noticed my energy levels are higher. They also mix up nicely as well however I wish you'd get a bit more for the cost though.

So for the longest, I thought this was grapefruit flavored, just looking at the tiny picture while shopping online. It's actually strawberry lemonade! It's not strong or tart at all, but softly/subtly flavored. I had the fruit punch before, which was quite strong, and I liked that one. This one, though, is my new favorite! Delish. It mixes easily, too, and I will use 8 to 16 oz of water and still like the taste when diluted. I take these 1x daily as a cognitive supplement.

I seem to have a bit more energy and for some reason am not hungry for some time after I drink it.

I've been using this brand for a while, and it really helps me get the minerals I need. I've tried a few of the flavors they sell, and so far this is my favorite! It's not too sweet but also not too bitter for me, so it's the most enjoyable one I've tasted. I feel a good difference when I drink it and it helps me stay hydrated in the summer heat.

I’ve been enjoying another brand of exogenous ketones/ BHB salts for a while. I saw this product on Prime Day and thought I’d give it a try. What an unpleasant surprise! Flavor is sooo sweet. Maybe too sweet for someone doing keto. Faint artificial strawberry flavor. No discernible lemonade flavor. Just the tartness from the citric and malic acids.Not as big a deal as the chalky aftertaste and mouth coating. Similar to taking a chewable antacid tablet. That nasty, chalky residue. My guess is the calcium content of these BHB salts is too high.One star for dissolving well.Modest effects on energy, not as good as the other brand. And I have a stomachache after drinking this, but could be a coincidence. I don’t plan to try this product again to find out.Unfortunately, can’t return because it is a food product. This is so disgusting that I wouldn’t even pass it in to someone else. In the trash it goes. And I’ll stick with the shift sticks of BHB that I actually enjoy drinking.
