This is such a useful item. It is really easy to use and I was up and running within 10 mins of receiving it. I simply attached the accessory I wanted to use, filled the reservoir with 250ml of water ( jug and funnel included ) screwed the top on, waited about 3 minutes for it to heat up, pressed the trigger and off I went! I have been cleaning all the white UPVC windows and bi folds. I have shutters on the windows in my house which rarely get opened and so today when I pulled back the shutters I was ashamed to see the dirt, I had no idea I had let them get so bad. It took me about half an hour to clean each window but now they are like new. I have attached a before and after photo. I did not know I needed a steam cleaner until I used this one. The pressure is good as are the results. There are a good selection of accessories and the unit is reasonably lightweight so makes it easy to use. There is a safety lock on it too which is an added bonus. It is so practical, it has so many cleaning uses. The unit feels strong and sturdy and I am more than happy with the quality of it and think it is excellent value. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it.

Fantastic, I have just moved home and the windows and edging had built up dirt and paint on the plastic surrounding.This steamer has removed all of this for me.I steamed and then used the brushed attachment to remove all the ground in dirt and paint.I have also cleaned my washing machine draw and the unit inside and it's come up like new ( bright white )I wish I had taken pictures but I didn't I was to excited with the steamer haha.I will say it needs filling often and can not be removed until it's switched off and has cooled down ( safety which is great ) I have just cleaned my garden furniture and I put a drop of fabric conditioner in it for this and it smells great.This is my 2nd best buy this year from Amazon.You will not be disappointed with this steamer

Only used it once since purchase to clean my cooker, did the job but one of the small brushes is already bent and probably won't last, apart from that very pleased with my purchase.
