I bought this on October 13, 2024 and was delivered on Oct 14, 2024. Today’s Nov 4 when it decides to stopped working. It just wouldnt not turn on. It’s so frustrating as it worked for my back pains.

It helps relief the pain and easy to use and it is very safe. The only thing that is a little problem is to store it. Ideally there should be some bag in which it could fit in.

Edit2:Recieved replacement of the product from seller. Took a while but working good now.Edit 1:The product was good while it lasted. It stopped working after a month. Contacted seller for replacement. Was asked to wait 20 days, Waited over a month and still nothing. Doubt the 12 month warranty works......Originally review:Bought two of these.
