Helping me in multiple ways~
Was nervous at first when taking this since there was a possibility of an allergic reaction but I haven't had one. I've been feeling more energetic which is a nice change. My skin and hair (not sure if it was meant to help my hair but I noticed a huge change with how much healthier it looks now, lol) have been looking much better. I'm using this alongside a mango/pineapple/chia seed/organic whey protein smoothie that I drink for my Endometriosis symptoms.

Okay if you are on a budget....
My first use of Bee Propolis was from a company that specialised in excipient-free formulations which cost more and gave you less product but I felt that it had lived up to its reputation as a natural anti-biotic. After running out I chose to buy the Natural Factors brand which was less expensive, gave you 50% more product (more capsules) and had a significantly higher dose (500 mg vs 250 mg). However I have gone back to the more expensive excipient-free variety (which has 210 mg of a proprietary blend in addition to the 250 mg of propolis) which I rate as five-star hence the four-star rating for this Natural Factors Bee Propolis Extract.

Good product
I took Bee Propolis as a herbal substance in my daily diet. It gave me good energy and improved my overall health.

Excellent quality but did nothing
I actually purchased this after returning another brand that had unwanted ingredients. This is an excellent product for people who believe bee products help them. Antifungal, antibacterial properties, perhaps. For me it did nothing - within a few weeks I still got about the worst case of flu and cough/cold ever. Just saying.... In retrospect, I prefer the edible combination of honey, pollen, royal jelly and propolis - that didn't do anything either, but at least I got the enjoyment of eating it. I will probably open the capsules and mix with coconut oil for moisturizing and see what that does for my old face.

Good one
I have allergies and someone told me it would help, it seems it is helping, I haven’t gotten so bad as before of taken the pills. Only thing is the capsule is too big, I think if it could be a gel capsule, it would help to swallow.

PROPOLIS (re.)
PROPOLIS Has anumerous benefits.. with over 400 (identified) components, The Studies continue to Roll-In (monthly)..I foresee The Behemoth Pharmaceutical Co's to Have Various Synthesized Bee Propolis Rx's with a Decade..In the MEAN-TIME.. It's a Good Idea..However, Like Honey & a Host of other ' Natural' Products.. The 'Source' of the product (IMO) is extremely Important..(Yet NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO UNCOVER THE ANSWER)..With Soo Many Species .. in Soo Many Habitats.. The Sourcing of the Propolis You're 'Injesting'.. IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION.. THE MFGR'S SHOULD HAVE TO DISCLOSE 'WHERE A NATURAL PRODUCT IS FROM..
