The container itself is recyclable.The tablets themselves are a little smaller than a multi vitamin, they are easy to swallow and have a little though not unpleasant taste, to after taste to speak of and no real discernible smell. These tablets are specifically focused on the essential minerals and vitamins needed to support healthy hair growth after bariatric surgery. This includes a high dosage of biotin but also includes Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and Vitamin C as well as Calcium, Selenium, Folic Acid, Zinc, Iodine, Iron and PABA.I suffered hair loss with Diabetes and I am on a restricted diet whilst on a wait list for bariatric surgery so I am very interested in these specialised vitamins. Whilst these are more expensive than standard biotin supplements these contain a wide range of additional and complementary ingfredients. I think these represent good value considering that. I would normally dock a star in the rating for covering the expiry date (its an extremely important aspect of supplements) but have avoided that as the expiry date was substantially after the delivery date and I really value the introduction of these specialised supplements.

I haven't had bariatric surgery but I'm always concerned about my hair quality, which lets face it, is directly tied to nutrition.These really don't need to be labelled and upwards costed as "bariatric hair supplements" as most multivitamins have the same nutrients.These are, to their credit, packed with nutrients as you can see looking at the label. Value wise, two months is not bad, and only one a day (other brands sneak in that you need two or more a day).The one thing I question and wonder if it's good is do you really need 5,000% of your daily dose of biotin (vitamin B7) AND 4000% of vitamin B12? That's an extraordinary amount and I have no idea if the body actually needs or can even process that much. It seems like overkill to me.But the package, quality of the tablets and overall premium feeling of these supplements inch it into four star territory.
