It’s tight
I read the reviews and they told the truth, it’s extremely tight. I bought the largest size they had an extra large and it hurt my arm. So last night I put two large bottle to stretch it. It works well. I don’t know how anyone else will get it to fit. What a relief of pain, I’m so thankful.

Works is advertised. Hopes give me a little more support to my bicep and my tricep when lifting weights. Help spring more oxygen and more blood to the area for healing when I am having tricep pain While doing tricep presses.
