Q: Where is the pine pollen sourced from?

I am thinking you mean what country or state. I don't know the answer. I assumed it was from pine trees and that was for me, good enough. Perhaps you are concerned about the soil, or contaminated water of certain countries? However, I did not personally find that issue too troubling, as it is not something like an apple or strawberry etc etc. that might be heavily sprayed....at least I wouldn't think so. I have lived on both coasts of the USA and I have never seen a pine tree being sprayed...but I suppose somewhere such a thing could happen, but that would seem to ruin the pollen?

Q: how is this processed to become 10:1 extract?

As a customer, I don't know. I don't work for the company so I am completely clueless about the actual process. I would think you could contact the company and ask them.
