Brooks Women’s Glycerin 21 Neutral Running Shoe

I work as a sever in a busy restaurant 6 days a week. I previously had a pair of the adrenaline 23 and I had them over a year- they were great. These are even better though!!!As someone who suffers from plantar fasciitis, I needed a more supportive shoe, even though I still put inserts. These definitely give you that support and even after working 10 hour doubles, my feet did not hurt the way that they did in my last pair of the other model.I definitely need a wide in them and I never have needed wide shoes in my life so I’m not sure if that’s something specific to the brand. The price is great for what they are and if you take care of them, you’ll have them for a while. The only downside and it’s not their fault is that they are not nonslip shoes so working in a restaurant you do have to be careful but in order to have supportive shoes I have to do it.

These sneakers are very comfortable, but I had to return them due to the fit. They felt snug all around, and the toe box wasn’t roomy enough. I didn’t get a chance to wear them because I had to return them right away. After standing up and having my son check the fit, we both agreed I should size up from an 8.5 to a 9 and choose the wide (W) option.Unfortunately, the return process is lengthy and inconvenient, taking up to 30 days for a refund—which is far from ideal.I’ll update once I receive the new pair!Update: 4/13Got my refund sooner than expected—sweet!I ordered a size 9W in all black, and I’m officially a Brooks fan! These are my very first pair, and I’m in love. I wore them around the house for 8 hours straight—no aches, no back pain, just pure comfort.I’ll be updating once I take them for a spin on the treadmill, elliptical, and track for my power walks.Don’t hesitate—seriously. I spent hours at the mall trying on multiple brands, and while some were okay, Brooks was the clear winner. Each pair = Happy Feet. Mine actually smiled.It was love at first lace-up!

59 y/o wear 9 WideBeen in Brooks since 2010. Went into them overweight, WIDE flat feet & plantar fasciitis. 10 years in Adrenaline GTS, new pair once a year. 2020 I began a journey losing weight & getting healthy. Biggest problem with Brooks is all the amazing limited editions styles & fabulous colors unavailable in wide. I’ve since tried Ghosts & Glycerin. On my 3rd pair this year! Disclaimer: the podiatrist instructed me to use Power Steps OTC orthotic inserts for flat feet also available here on Amazon and a pair of those inserts will last the two pairs of tennis shoes. If anybody that works at Brooks reads this, along my journey, I did 2 Pink Ribbon runs for breast cancer awareness & finished something I never thought I’d be able to do and I really wanted to do it in a pair of awesome hot pink Brooks! ps…big feet are attached to fun people who like color too, let’s get crazy and make more wide selections pretty please. 🤭😉😁

Very comfortable and durable. Been wearing for a few days as a CNA and absolutely love. Perfect price too. Squeaky at first but once you break into them they’re good to go. No slips yet. I was scared to buy being pregnant I wanted comfy shoes that will help my feet with a 16 hour shift and girl just buy them.

This is the third, most recent pair of Brooks glycerin sneakers I've purchased, all of them the same size. These seem to be a bit smaller and less cushiony than the older Brooks, but still have great support. All in all still an excellent sneaker, but not as comfortable as previous Brooks.

Good arch support. Super stylish, love the shoes design that I bought, they look good with my jeans. So far I used them for watching live music, I danced, i jumped and my feet feel so lite. I know brooks good for running and walking, in the future I plan to use them for my daily walk for 5-6 miles and they are strong enough for that.

These shoes are awesome. I walk several miles a week on both asphalt and concrete and they are so comfortable. I also wear a lift in my right shoe and there is plenty of room to accommodate it.

Best shoes ever! I used to run a lot for fun/exercise and I've mostly gotten Nikes and I have tried ON shoes but they were never as comfortable as these! I always had to put some type of insert into my shoes but these are perfect! I sprained my ankle really bad, so I decided I needed to invest in some good running shoes that would help with sensitive ankles (I sprained my ankle a lot), these came up as the more reliable and for the price it is GREAT! I am looking to buy it in another color. It doesn't look the cutest but that's okay since I'm just running in them. I just want another pair for my indoor treadmill. I will definitely be looking into this brand for some walking shoes.
