Cats think it's a treat so they eat it with no problems and rather enjoy them. They definitely seem to help with anxiety, but I also use anxiety meds for my cats for certain events that also help. They don't smell awful but they do have a slight smell that all cat foods do. So really easy to use and so far the quality seems well. They are expensive but they seem worth it

Bought to help support my cat during our house move. I gave him 1 tube, just to see how he reacted and plan ahead a few days before the move.He loved the taste and ate it all up no problem. I gave him a small meal afterwards and he quite happily slept, for about 6 hours. He woke up happy and bright, enjoyed his tea and I am confident these will be a hugely helpful.What I did not plan for though was that having slept well most of the day he was awake and full of fun most of the night. As playful and mischievous as I was tired I had to chase him around the garden at 3am. His chilled out demeanor also extending to him not giving a damn for doing what he was told. It was hilarious to be honest. Highly recommended.

Changing my review as I've begun to feel differently about them since the vet trip. It didn't seem to work then, but it has worked during the night for her separation anxiety. We've been woken up at 3am/4am this past week because she needed extra fuss and attention. I tried the yogurt again, and they've helped her be more settled; either she's sleeping through the night, or she's getting up and having the yogurt and settling back down. It might not be as effective for the big things (such as vet trips) but it is useful for general unsettledness and when they require that extra reassurance.Original ReviewI gave this to my cat as we were taking her to the vet for her annual check. She's usually pretty good, but it's always a stressful time, and I'm always looking for things to make her experience easier. I had a lot of hope that the yogurt would work, but unfortunately it didn't look like it had any impact. The only upside was that she did seem to like it, and she finished the entire thing, so it wasn't entirely wasted. But it is a little too expensive for just a snack.

I would really recommend these to anyone who has sensitive or anxious cats. Our three get a stick each every evening about 10pm and they really look forward to this. After they get their treat, their are even more bonded and groom themselves and each other. Its a joy to watch.

Take my cats the vets for regular immunotherapy injections, she takes one of these with her each time as a reward.

Can't say I've noticed any decrease in anxiety, but she certainly likes the taste of it.

My cat loves these and it chilled him right out after we had a few strays turn up - shame they are so expensive (for multi cat households!) but would def buy again for periods of stress
