How long is this? Says 18" but that cant be right.

Amazon has a typo. It threw me off too. The length is 18Ft., NOT 18 inches.

How long is it? Can it fit on all four doors? I have two cars, total 8 doors. How many would i need to buy?

I bought fifty feet. I always make sure I have enough. Not that expensive. I want to point out, directions don't always come with this, so make sure after it's installed on the doors you use a rubber mallett to tap the U edge into the door to set the adhesive some don't realize is in the U part to stay put. Lightly tap all around the door edge, run up, then back around again. So many think you just push it it on & that's it!!

yes 18 ft not gloss or flat its like matts ...

Product description states Size: .21" (w) x .31" (h)… Is that the inside or outside dimensions?

Sorry, I don't know. It fit very tightly over the edge of my door. My guess would be external measurement.
