Great product for a great price. I bought this to help with healing after an injury to my hand and have used it for far more than just that! I can lay lightly on it and it works really well. It is very bright so you want to make sure to use the glasses they come with, but it's very flexible so you can drape it over your shoulder, wrap it around your arm, whatever you need. It's super lightweight and is definitely helpful in recovery.

I haven’t been using this long enough for a review of long-term benefits. As for short term, it’s easy to use. The switch is convenient to reach. The warmth is just the right temperature. It’s a good size and not too difficult to move to other areas of the body. It’s not super bendable like a regular heating pad would be, so it does make it a little harder to use on smaller areas (like your feet). My back feels better for a while after I use it for 30 minutes. So far, so good.

I purchased this on the advice of my doctor and have used it consistently for about 8 weeks. I have autoimmune diseases and struggle with pain and inflammation. I use my mat before bed and I find it’s very relaxing, helps me fall asleep o and has helped with my joint pain. It’s so convenient compared to having to go to a facility. It works great, has options for length of time and strength of the treatment, it’s comfortable and easy to lay on top of or wrap around me. Highly recommend!

I received my red-light therapy belt a few days ago. While I have been enjoying the belt, it doesn’t feel like it gets warm enough even on the highest setting. The material is also stiff- making it hard to wrap around my stomach- I have a much smaller waist and wider hips, part of my hour glass form, but the stiff fabric makes the belt difficult to apply the red light evenly.I like that I can charge a battery pack if I wanted to wear this around, but it is simple enough to plan its use when I am at my desk or resting.As for its ability to heal the skin, that determines to be seen.

I absolutely love my mat. I got it to help circulation in my leg, but I use it for many things. Most recent, I've been using it to help heal my achilles tendon. It is just one part of the healing process, but it's a big one. I love that it's small enough to be able to carry around. I can just throw it in the suitcase! It's a good quality mat. I would love to have a full sized one, but this one fit my budget and it's working perfectly.

At the end of the day, 3-4 times a week, I can sit back and relax with it on me and watch TV while it does its thing. It’s got a timer so I just have to set it and adjust the intensity level and it’s ready to go. The pad is long enough to go from hip to ankle and covers the entire area where I need it to focus on. It’s flexible so it can wrap around you if needed. The cord is long enough for me that I can use it on my couch. I started using it every other day when I got it over a month ago, but now only 2-3 times a week as I feel better more often. It seems pretty well made and worth buying.

Purchase this as a gift for a friend who has neck pain from arthritis. The heat level is adjustable, which has helped her, it's small enough and light weight so it doesn't add pressure and it's very comfortable inconvenient to use. I would consider based off of her comments, this is a good quality product and good value for your money.
