The cup and the case came in the box for me so yes the case does come with it

Can you use it while sleeping?

Please make sure to remove and clean your cup up until 12 hours of use, but other than that you can use it while sleeping or active during the day. The product smells awful? Its brand new and has been washed with everything I can think of but it still smells awful ?

Is very strange that your cup has an odor as medical grade silicone does not encourage bacterial growth and is odor free. The reason your cup has developed an odor could be down to whatever cleanser was used or due to a number of factors unique to every woman. One main reason could be that you didn't dry your cup enough before putting away the last time. However, there are a few steps you can take to help alleviate the smell from your menstrual cup. Option 1: Boil your cup-for the most thorough cleaning in between periods, we recommend that to boil the cup submerged in a pot of water for 5 to 8 minutes. Do not boil dry. Option 2: Hydrogen peroxide (1%): You can get this from most drug stores or pharmacies. Use one part 1% hydrogen peroxide and one part water. Submerge your cup and let it soak for 24 hours. Give it a good wash to remove all of the hydrogen peroxide residues before using it or storing it. Option 3: Apple cider vinegar: Use two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 1 cup of hot water. Submerge and soak your cup for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. If it still smells a bit like vinegar after washing the cup, follow up with a boiling session. Option 4: Sodium bicarbonate: Use one tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate in 1 cup of hot water. Submerge and soak your cup for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Repeat these steps if necessary.
