Poor design for swivel. Ball bearings not sufficient.
Washers Missing! Without washers screws won't fit. A bit smaller screws, it might go through the holes.Poor Design! If it should swivel there shouldn't be three wheels. Three Wheel? Not a good choice. Customers should know how they want to use and make purchase.Don't use wheels on rough surface it might wear down.Some might have difficulty screwing without the right tools.Anyways..Good Product
