Q: I want this stand for my Samsung 43" nu7100 which has a height of 22.2". Is the 1/4" off the minimum height of 22.5" going to make a difference?

Yes, it will make a difference. We were at the minimum size but still had to customize it. We had to customize by 3/4" using blocks but in so doing, the protection of the lip may be lost.

Q: The easel appears to make the screen tilt slightly up to the ceiling; is there a way to tilt it slightly down?

I pushed the television back slightly at the bottom, and placed a piece of anti slip mat, plus secured the support at the top. I have had no issues with the television tilting toward the ceiling.

Q: The top gripper is 3", bottom deck is 5". Our television is 1.5" on top and 3.5" on bottom. How can we stabilize on the easel?

There are clamps but I wouldn’t get it for a curved tv. If you do let me know it works as I just can’t recommen it for a curved tv. The slay the holds the tv on the bottom would not allow to safely put a tv
