For the 10 in mattress. 1st layer is 2.5in, 2nd layer is 2.5in, and 3rd layer is 3in. I’m no mathematician, but 2.5+2.5+3=8 not 10. So is it 10in?

They sell several thicknesses, 6” 8” 10”, the one I bought was advertised as 6” and it is exactly 6” thick. The layers listed may apply to the 8” version.

Why is the 6 in mattress cheaper than the 5 in?

I honestly don’t know but I can say that I sleep on the 6 inch oh my kids have the 6 inch and it is comfortable maybe look at the shipping price
