flimsy
I was not happy with this mask. the areas that the straps go through are very flimsy. One of them broke the fist time I put the strap through. wouldn't buy it again

Clips break easy
plastic slots where headgear goes through break very easily and trying to buy the size you need is hard they need to have the size posted better I thought I was buying a small and got a petite instead which will not fit me. So new mask is useless to me.
