Will this work on a 2010 Touareg TDI? I think I referenced model years before and after 2010 but don't know why it wouldn't work for 2010 model year..

I replaced it in a 2006 and its working perfect. per my understanding all Touareg from 2004 to 2010 have the same part and can be replaced with this one.

No, this is not made for the Dodge Ram. It is advertised for the Porsche Cayenne and VW Touareg. However, that does not mean that it cannot be modified to fit your car. This clamp will support any bearing 55x20mm (most common size for most drive shafts) however the mounting base would surely need to be modified to mount to your car.
