this serves as my first towel that's not the usual terrycloth. I love the quality of this linen and the size is good. I've been looking at the old terry towels and thinking it makes sense to switch to a material that dries more quickly - and I can take to the YMCA easily in my gym bag for shower and sauna - I think the space that terry towels take up in the washing machine also is an unnecessary waste of resources

Absorbs water immediately, perfect size for a bath towel. I love the extra little hook to hang it. I thought it was a little expensive but it's well worth the money.

4 stars only due to lint left on skin. Perhaps this problem will diminish over time, but linen towels I have from other brands never shed. The charcoal gray is gorgeous, and the weight is nice. Feels luxurious until the lint.

They may call it a towel, but there's nothing towel-y about it.Mainly - It does not absorb water. Maybe a dash and then it is a really wet piece of cloth.It's a nice piece of cloth though.I thought of removing the noose and use it as a table-cloth, but the size doesn't fit, maybe as a strange runner. I don't think there's enough material for trousers, maybe elegant shorts.

I originally got two of these to use as floor towels in the bathroom, since I wanted something that would dry fast enough, if I had to shower in the middle of a hot summer day. I don't like getting out of the shower and stepping on a cold and damp floor mat or thicker towel. They've held up well after repeated washings. These are so nice that I plan to get more to use as regular bath towels. Thank You.

The linen towels keep getting better. This one is thicker than the ones I purchased before. I prefer the feel over linen over cotton.

LOVE the idea of a natural material that's antimicrobial, but the towel just didn't pull the water out of my hair when I wrapped it around my head. I bought some on Etsy that have a waffle weave, from Latvia and they were much better!

The towel is thinner than a traditional cotton towel (don't worry), but it is very absorbent. Using this towel has a very rustic, natural feel. I absolutely love the towel and wish I would have learned about the benefits of using linen years ago. I will be buying more towels from this company.
