Toggle is Annoying
This apart from the toggle is lovely in keeping your neck warm though the toggle is a bit big and annoying if wearing a ponytail. It could do with being smaller but saying that it's useful if you with to convert to a hat or a head cover that fastens around a ponytail. I think a slimmer toggle would have been better instead of the ball shape. It can if you have spare cord or just being seated to use as a hand muff too.

So small I couldn’t get it over my head. Maybe suitable for a small child but definitely not an adult.
