I have purchased a lot of things from Amazon since relocating to a new state, but these chairs have been the biggest surprise and one of the best purchases! Quality is fantastic, delivery was superb and they are beautiful! The only issue I had was figuring out how to unfold them, but that's on me, lol.

Very nicely made! Heavy duty! Love the cushioned seats. Use them all the time when we have company! Easy to open and close. Don’t take up much room for storage. Match my dining set perfectly!

I first bought four Stakmore lyre back folding chairs as a newlywed in January 1966. In 1970 when we bought a four-bedroom house we gave those chairs away and purchased eight Stakmore cane back chairs for our dining-room. Recently several of these eight have been showing major signs of wear (55 years!) especially one cane back. These chairs are sturdy (we raised three sons now in their fifties) who often played Dungeons and Dragons in our dining room forty years ago. They have served as desk chairs, and dining chairs for decades and were an excellent investment.

Wowza! Solid construction, looks great, loving the floor protector ls on the bottom of the chair legs...and it feels like I'm nearly 6 inches higher when I sit in one of thesr, instead of my previous seating. Pleasantly shocked at the solid quality here.

I downsized from my large home to a small apartment and had to sell most of my furniture for smaller scale items. I purchased a round table with folding leaves to fit my tiny dining area and bought two of these chairs I could store in the closet until needed. Loved them. Good quality. I had compliments on them and several friends who also ordered them.5 years later I upsized to a townhome and use the set as a breakfast table in my kitchen. Decide to order two more for extra chairs for company. The seat pads were now a different color so didn’t match the originals. There was a price increase as well (to be expected). I was bummed then found this pair in the return section and bought them. A perfect match. Very happy. Comfortable seating, sturdy and folds up for storage.
