Cannot handle much
The adjustable ball head and thumb screw might be able to handle feather-weight objects but immediately gives out with a camera unless it's totally upright. Not really a well-made head. Wish there was a better version of this available.

Included screws are too short
The included screws were too short to attach the adaptor to my monitor arm. My monitor arm has a plastic mount, and the included screws are only long enough to attach to a metal mount.
