How long does 1 charge last

It lasted a couple of weeks and was brilliant. However I had to return it as it did not recharge when it needed it.

Can it be charged in the eu/ uk?

We’re having to source separately an adaptor for charging in the uk.

Does this item come with christals?

Not aside from what comes inside the unit. From what I can see, you cannot change the crystal, but you can reuse them by plugging in the device when the crystals are full of water to dry them (takes about 8 hours for mine to dry out).

The crystals absorb moisture, the device is then plugged in & the moisture... what? Condenses into the air again? Er... How does this make sense?

The Crystals absorb the water, once they change colour because the have absorbed the water, you then plug the device in and the device drys the crystals out. You then re-use.
