Why do the pair we got keeo turning on google assistant inqiries?

Hi Scooter, I use this combo for long biz calls with a Pixel 6 and I've not had any issues. Perhaps it's not compatible out of the box with your phone and requires your input with G/A as suggested. Have you tried opening Google Assistant? Otherwise, contact the seller with your phone info and the issues.
