Q: How do you wash this?

If you only use it for Turkish Greek Arabic coffee, them you just throw in some water and rinse out clean. No problems. I wipe the outsider with a cloth. Very easy to clean.

It makes two cups at a time or four little cups.

Q: Does it really prepare hot Turkish coffee with foam?

Sure. It boils water within one minute. You should lift the warmer when foam is forming.
