Does i need to appied this product after shaving or does this product removed them whitout pain?

This does not remove hair. You need to apply after shaving or removing the hair some other way(waxing or tweezing). It makes the hair grow back slower and finer.

Yes, it is harmless but it depend your hair thickness and skin color
