We absolutely love this fireplace. It is so pretty and just made the room look elegant. The flames look so realistic and at night it gives the room a very romantic and cozy feeling.

Beautiful addition to our living room. It came well packaged in two boxes -one with the firebox and the other with the mantle. The box with the mantle was extremely heavy. Putting it together was easy with two people, but it wouldn't be impossible with just one person. The firebox looks very nice, although the flame may not look that realistic, but for the price it is lovely. The mantle is sturdy. My only real issue was with the faux stone around the firebox. It didnt seamlessly fit together, so you can see where it joins but after a while you get use to it and you don't see it. From a far it's not noticeable. There were also a few scuffs and chips, but again nothing that would make us not like the item.Update:We still love the fireplace. At the time, we installed it, we didn't need heat. Our home is still being renovated and the heating system isn't installed throughout it. Our living room doubles up as a guest room so we wanted to see how our room would feel with just the fireplace. We live in the New York Hudson Valley and the winters can get cold. Even without central heat, we were able to entertain and maintain a comfy temperature in the room. Our mom stayed for the holidays and she loved it. The room is large 20x20 or so and it maintained a very comfortable temperature. We do have very good insolation too. Overall, we are very please with the look and function of this fireplace

When I was assembling I found I found diferents pcs that has nothing to do with it , I wanted to return but they don't accept itI was disappointed

First of all when I tried to put it together screws came out so you couldn't put it together because it wouldn't stay without the screws holding it up. I contacted the seller to just get the parts that were messed up on it but they wouldn't do that and they wouldn't let me return it either. This was cheaply made and definitely not worth the money. If something you spend that much money on and it doesn't work then the seller should refund your money or replace it. Neither one of these were offered by the seller.

I was extremely disappointed to receive my fireplace damaged in so many different places. I spent a lot of money on this only to have it arrive with tons of broken parts. It’s a beautiful fireplace, I just wish I would’ve gotten it in better condition.

The fireplace arrived earlier than expected and all parts and pieces in tact. Easy to assemble. It’s constructed nicely. The remote control function is great and provides several options for lighting, heat etc. I particularly like the timer function. Heats ok but we have it in a large room but I certainly didn’t expect it to heat the entire room. Flame and logs are obviously fake but aren’t cheesy looking. Fan from heater gives off a “buzz” sound but doesn’t bother us at all and it’s not that loud. Electric fireplaces range in price and for this price it’s a good value for what you get. Obviously you can spend way more and get something more authentic but honestly this is what I was looking for and a price I was willing to pay. I wish I had gone with a little larger size but that’s my own fault. I look forward to enjoying this for years to come!
