I was so suprised that these work so well as I was very sceptical. The second day of using them I realised half way through that I hadn’t got hungry yet and was confused untill I realised it was down to these. I also found that after eating I was less bloated which made me feel a lot better. They make dieting so much easier so I totally recommend.
